The Chocolate Experience...

Here I am enjoying my first taste of chocolate, from my Advent Calander...I was having a great time until it was all gone and my mean folks would not give me another. Posted by Picasa

Don't let them tell you it is all gone. They are trying to trick you. According to my calculations there should be 13 more doors on that calender, and every single one of them has chocolate under it! Isn't chocolate great! I can't wait to see you over the holidays.

Pendleton,
Thanks for the heads up, but for some reason I don't like chocolate anymore. Perhaps it is the quality of the chocolate in my calander. I am looking forward to tasting some expensive stuff soon. Have you tried gum yet? I hear it is great. Now Ice Cream...thats where the big head rush is!!!

Hi Vincent:
I think you may be right about the chocolate quality of the advent calendar. The best advent calendar doesn't have any chocolate at all-just great pictures! The best chocolate comes from long skinny shapes called bars.
I hope you are feeling better. We missed seeing you and your folks at Christmas. As a matter of fact there are some presents with your name on them still at my house. I will try to get them to your Nonna so that she can pass them along. There was also a gingerbread man that your Nonna was to have given to you. Don't get your hopes up as to the taste, Pen & Riley were not impressed at all. There are pictures to prove the point. I think gingerbread will be struck from my baking list next year. Maybe when you all are older we could have a 'decorate a gingerbread house' gathering. Then all the candy can be taste tested before it turns into building material.
Happy New Year and love to you all!
